
Typical Coverage of Most Popular Package
Prior to Wedding Day:
- Visit Church (if we haven't shot there before)
- Check Church sound & lighting (if using P.A. System or their audio outputs)
- Meet Church officials regarding any limitations or required areas to tape
Wedding Day:
- Usually begin recording when the photographer starts taking pictures
- Open with establishing shot of Church, decorations, etc.
- We think of Pre-ceremony coverage as 1/3 of your BIG day.
- Bride & Groom getting ready (putting on veil, tuxedos, flowers, etc.)
- Pre Wedding pictures & guests arriving
10 minutes prior to Ceremony:
- Set up Camera in Sanctuary
- Wireless Mic on groom (check audio)
5 minutes prior to Ceremony:
- Begin rolling tape until Ceremony ends
Immediately following:
- We'll videotape some of the picture taking of the Bride, Groom & Families.
Reception: ... Count on III Oaks to cover the event from arrival to departure.
- Cutting the Cakes
- The Toast
- First Dances
- Numerous shots of guests, decorations, & entertainment
- Throwing the garter & bouquet
- Interview guests for any "words of wisdom" (if requested)
- The exciting exit!

The remaining work takes place in the studio. Using all of the video taken during your special day, we begin to edit your Wedding highlight. This III Oaks exclusive is a favorite among all
Newlyweds. The highlight, including titles, 3D animations, music, slow motion, black & white effects and more will serve as the intro to your video. You'll absolutely LOVE your highlight!
Following the highlight will be ALL of the video (uncut) taken during your day.
